About the Journal

Pilquen Journal, Psychopedagogy Section, is a biannual publication of the Centro Universitario Regional Zona Atlántica, of the Universidad Nacional del Comahue. The articles published in the journal present the results of research in the areas of Education and Psychopedagogy. The journal seeks to be a communication channel aimed at keeping updated information on research applied to these fields and is addressed to a readership not restricted to its own field. The works contained in Pilquen Psychopedagogy Section are the results of ongoing research or the state of progress of such research. The authors are professors, researchers and scholarship holders from the Regional Center, national and international universities and entities related to the area.

All manuscripts received are submitted to an objective double-blind review process with the participation of external evaluators with a maximum duration of 6 weeks. Since its origin, the Journal Pilquen Psychopedagogy Section is open access and full text; it publishes two issues per year providing open access to its content immediately upon publication. With this digitized version on the Open Journal System platform, we consolidate the promotion of open access to national and international scientific production, since this allows a greater exchange among professionals and, consequently, an increase in scientific knowledge.

The Journal Pilquen Psychopedagogy Section conforms to the Iberoamerican standards for digital academic journals proposed by Latindex and adopted by CAICYT-CONICET in Argentina.
